The process

For custom projects to advance smoothly from conception to completion a process is crucial! After completing 100+ customized build outs we have benchmarked what works best for all parties involved. Below are the steps we follow to produce head-turning end-products.

  • Introduce ourselves
  • Discuss your project & review menu/product, wants/needs.
  • Confirm your budget
  • Estimate pricing provided
  • Selection of add-ons/upgrades
  • Design & layout creation **
  • Produce official quote and layout
  • Once step 02 has been approved, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot in the production line.
  • Build out take approximately 8-14 weeks (pending the level of customizability).
  • We keep you updated and involved in the process.
  • Upon completion of your project we require remaining invoice balance of 50%
  • A full walk through of your vehicle along with comprehensive training is provided
  • On-going support for your vehicle: warranties, maintenance, repairs, modifications or just to say hi!

** Depending the extent of customization that is necessay, we reserve the right to request a deposit for the conceptualization. This is to be determined at Step 01 of the process
